2. Experimental Technology
You acknowledge that Yurei AI Research deals with experimental technologies, including artificial intelligence, cryptography, and blockchain systems (e.g., Solana). These technologies are novel and may contain bugs, defects, or security vulnerabilities.
Assumption of Risk: You expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with using our protocols, including but not limited to the risk of smart contract failure, loss of tokens, and fluctuation in asset value.

The content provided on our website and through our Services is for informational and research purposes only. Nothing herein constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult with qualified professionals before taking any action.

However, certain components of our stack (e.g., Protocol NAVI) may be released under open-source licenses. In such cases, the specific license terms attached to that code shall prevail.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yurei AI Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
- Any content obtained from the Services; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
